As a PMO Analyst for ClearCourse Membership Services, you’ll join a busy and friendly Project Management Office team, who work alongside teams of Project Managers and support the Head of Project Operations in managing associated timelines, performance, and resourcing for all projects with the CCMS division.
You’ll administer and improve the governance process around project resource planning, identifying process improvements in current ways of working and how this translates to delivery teams, and working cross-functionally across different teams within the Division to define and implement identified improvements.
What you’ll need:
- Structured and process driven, you have excellent organisation skills and demonstrable attention to detail
- A strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project processes
- A good level of technical competency with MS Office software, particularly Excel, Power BI and Azure DevOps would be beneficial
- A team-first mentality with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication ability
- Proven experience of working in a B2B Professional Services environment with strong commercial awareness
