We are CUPP; an independent bubble tea company started in Bristol and now expanding across the UK. We see ourselves as bubble tea pioneers, striving to refine every element of the famous Taiwanese drink. To make it the freshest, healthiest and tastiest bubble tea in the UK! Our company is growing fast, with six successful bubble tea stores, we’re now looking for great people to join our team.

Using fresh ingredients, including our own fruit purees, brown sugar syrups (instead of fructose) along with fresh organic milk, great milk alternatives and loose leaf tea, we’re refining the way bubble tea should be made. All while providing the best customer service and product knowledge to our lovely customers. Whether you’re a bubble tea connoisseur or new to the whole concept, we are certain we can help find the perfect bubble tea for you.

Full time supervisor supporting our Store Manager in the daily running of the store. This position will cover all aspects of the Bubble Tea Barista position described below as well as being a brand ambassador for CUPP. Duties will include providing excellent customer service to our customers, team leading, upholding company standards and values and helping build a great team and working environment.

Bubble Tea Barista:

  • Provide great service and product knowledge to our customers.
  • Serve consistently perfect bubble teas.
  • Feel confident in a fast paced working environment.
  • Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day.
  • Help provide a great working environment for you and your fellow team members.
  • Support the store management team.

Bubble Tea Supervisor:

  • Ensuring the store runs smoothly throughout the day.
  • Help provide a great working environment for you and your fellow team members.
  • Supporting the store manager in the day to day running of the store.
  • Supporting the manager with staff training.
  • Weekly admin jobs and orders (if manager is not in).
  • Monthly stock check (if manager is not in).
  • Informing the store manager of any problems with customers and employees.
  • Keeping on top of weekly, bi-weekly & monthly deep clean with the store manager.
  • Supervising staff on your shift, including organising cover or cutting hours when appropriate.
  • Motivating staff on keeping up with the weekly cleaning rota.
  • Supervising product and drink standards of all staff.
