Plumber

Medway

£24,024 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our team based in Medway on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Plumber you will provide professional high quality and customer orientated plumbing service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations to the current standards
• Work with a wide range of plumbing installations and specialist equipment
• Ensure that all maintenance inspection certificates and reports are completed to specification and regulations
• Work from detailed plumbing design drawings and specifications.
• Carry out diagnostic fault finding on a wide range of plumbing installations, equipment and apparatus
• Renew external gutters, fall pipes and drainage systems
• Assist with the planning of works when appropriate

Our Successful Candidate:

• City and Guilds certificate (or equivalent) in a plumbing related subject.
• Familiar with COSHH regulation and relevant construction health and safety legislation, and risks and hazards associated with Asbestos.
• Working knowledge of all material, pipes and fittings used in plumbing work.
• Experience in a similar or related plumbing role.
• Proven experience of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties.
• Experience of commercial and domestic central heating/hot and cold-water systems.
• Full UK driving licence to meet the travel requirements of the role.
