£24,024 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our team based in Medway on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Plumber you will provide professional high quality and customer orientated plumbing service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out plumbing repairs and installations to the current standards
- Work with a wide range of plumbing installations and specialist equipment
- Ensure that all maintenance inspection certificates and reports are completed to specification and regulations
- Work from detailed plumbing design drawings and specifications.
- Carry out diagnostic fault finding on a wide range of plumbing installations, equipment and apparatus
- Renew external gutters, fall pipes and drainage systems
- Assist with the planning of works when appropriate
Our Successful Candidate:
- City and Guilds certificate (or equivalent) in a plumbing related subject.
- Familiar with COSHH regulation and relevant construction health and safety legislation, and risks and hazards associated with Asbestos.
- Working knowledge of all material, pipes and fittings used in plumbing work.
- Experience in a similar or related plumbing role.
- Proven experience of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties.
- Experience of commercial and domestic central heating/hot and cold-water systems.
- Full UK driving licence to meet the travel requirements of the role.
