We have an excellent opportunity for Plumbing Supervisor to join our expanding bathroom manufacturing business.
Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Installation of 1st & 2nd plumbing pipework & sanitary ware
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Plumbing Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Pay and reward will be discussed at the interview stage.
Hours of work: 40 per week
Working hours: Mon-Thu 7:30am-17:00pm Fri-7:30am-11:30am with flexibility.
