K. Binks (Heating) Ltd are a leading Hull based M&E company. We have an enviable track record of providing design, installation and maintenance services in some iconic buildings in East Yorkshire and across the UK.
Our company requires a qualified Maintenance Plumber for work across numerous sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tools, equipment and industrial materials, as well as great communication skills and experience working with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Working from schematics and DWG's
- Servicing TMV's
- Reactive maintenance
- System chlorination
- Install copper pipe work
- Install plastic waste pipes
- Install sanitary ware
- Wet-room works
- Be part of the callout team
