Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience

DMA Canyon Ltd has an exciting new opportunity available for a Plumber to join their team in Scotland. Working on a full-time, permanent basis the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Salary £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.

Formed in 1999 the directors of the company have more than 50 years of combined experience within the industry. DMA has grown and expanded since its inception and provides consultancy and service to companies across the UK.

The Plumber Role entails.

After experiencing a successful period of sustainable growth, DMA Canyon is seeking to add experienced time-served plumbers and plumbers mates to our existing dedicated mechanical team. DMA Canyon currently carries out water hygiene-related plumbing installation and servicing works within various properties on behalf of Local Authorities, NHS Health Boards, and Hotel Groups as well as large one-off projects.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity of a long-term secure position that will provide the opportunity of personal growth and career progression for the right individuals within a successful, professional, friendly company where staff is valued.

Ideal Candidates for the Plumber role would be:

  • Be an experienced and fully qualified plumber. / Or experienced plumber’s mate
  • Have a current clean UK driving license (minor points may be acceptable)
  • Current CSCS card preferable but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Take pride in the quality of their workmanship.
  • Be reliable with excellent timekeeping.
  • Be willing to work away from home for short durations.

Skills and experience you will need as our Plumber include:

  • SVQ Level 3 – Plumbing
  • 2 years of experience or more within the water hygiene industry is desirable but not essential
  • Driving Licence (Required)
  • Water Hygiene / ACOP L8/ SHTM-04-01 Training is Desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • All candidates with be subject to enhanced disclosure checks prior to commencing work.
