Mobile Maintenance Plumber
We are seeking 2 experienced maintenance plumbers to join our team at Alba Facilities Services Ltd.
Alba Facilities Services Limited is a fast growing facilities services company. Due to continued growth of the company, we are looking for 2 full time, permanent maintenance plumbers to work on our clients’ premises across Scotland, ideally 1 based in the East and 1 in the West. Reporting to the Building Services Supervisor, the candidate should be self-motivated, flexible, proactive and a team player with a can-do attitude.

We realise the importance of a good work life balance and in October we are excited to be trialing a 4-day working week; you will be paid 100% of your salary and benefits for working 80% of the days - a 5 day week becomes a 4 day week on full pay.
The responsibilities are varied and will include:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in retail, hospitality, commercial and domestic premises, mainly across the Central Belt
- The ability to fault find
- Being part of an on-call rota
The successful candidate will be a time served plumber, ideally with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience of working in a high end client environment in which he/she has regular face to face contact with site managers will be an advantage. The candidate should be:
- Fully qualified (time served) plumber, ideally with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
- An excellent communicator at all levels
- Able to work on own initiative
