Job description
Fourwalls is an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects including photography, floor plans, EPC’s and CGIs.
We are looking for an individual who would be keen to be trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out EPCs. We would be keen to train you up on sketching floor plans, so you can carry out floor plans too.
Main responsibilities
- Organise your own diary and manage your appointments in accordance with our standard procedures with the support of the office team.
- Liaise with clients and their vendors to arrange appointments to visit properties.
- Answer client calls & emails and deal with requests.
- Visit properties to measure them and produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with Fourwalls standards and guidelines.
- Inspecting properties to measure them and produce an Energy Performance Certificate:
o collecting information on their age, number of floors and building type;
o measuring the number and size of rooms and windows;
o identifying heating systems;
o entering the information into software to produce an energy efficiency rating and EPC;
o Explaining efficiency ratings to clients if required.

- Ability to work on own initiative and without direct supervision.
- Customer service focus.
- Excellent telephone phone manner and communication skills.
- General business skills (use of CRM system, MS office and diary management).
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
