Marketing Assistant

Full time - 40 hours per week

Salary of £23,100 per annum, plus quarterly service charge

A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to assist in the delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns to meet and grow business objectives across all the Swinton Estate’s revenue streams. Working as an integral part of a small, very busy team, the role focuses on assisting and supporting the Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing, which provides an exceptional opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

• Managing website/app content
• Social media scheduling and maintaining and developing presence
• Design of email marketing campaigns
• Production of analytical reports on campaign results and ROI on a monthly basis
• Graphic design of digital and print collateral
• Video creation/editing
• Writing creative copy
• Managing photoshoots
• Maintenance of brand USP throughout all on-line and physical platforms
• General marketing administration
• Support in the arrangement of press visits and Fam Trips including preparation of visitor itineraries and press packs

Candidates should:

• Have previous experience in a busy, diverse marketing environment
• Have 2 years post qualification experience of the full marketing mix of online/offline marketing
• Have experience in using InDesign/Photoshop/Canva and other design platforms and GA4 analytics
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude
• Be able to communicate effectively with team members
• Be creative with the work they produce
• Be focused on providing excellent customer service
• Be committed to a high standard service delivery
• Have an ambition to succeed and progress in your career
