Who are we looking for?
We are seeking Player Protection Advisers, who can deliver an outstanding level of support and care to our customers.
Do you have some of the qualities we are looking for?
- Empathetic, calm, approachable, systematic and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure
- Good eye for detail when reviewing detailed reports
- Logical thinker with a creative problem-solving ability
- Have an excellent telephone manner and strong English language writing skills.
- PC literate
- Reliable and excellent time keeping, with a flexible approach to working hours, as you will be required to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Team player and self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative, with a positive attitude
Key requirements
- Experience interacting with customers via email and telephone.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in working with sensitive personal data
- An understanding of Gambling, debt management, counselling, or other regulated industry
- Ability to build a personal rapport with the customer
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Gambling-related risk and financial assessments
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Take decisive action regarding player protection issues
- Outbound Player Protection calls
- Data entry and management of player information
