We are looking for a Play Assistant/Party Host to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
The ideal person will have experience working in a customer facing role.
The main focus of the role will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure the Oceans of Play centre is kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
- Ensure the safety of all visitors to the Ocean of Play Centre.
- Supervise young children in a safe and secure environment.
- Control of entrance and exits.
- To keep facilities clean and free of hazards.
- Monitor the behaviour of customers.
- To provide a full customer service via the catering outlet
- To comply with health and safety regulations
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
