Job description
Multitask Recruitment Solutions have an exciting new opportunity to work for our new client based in Burnley. We are looking for a Plastic Extrusion Operator to work for the well-established family business, founded on ethical and ecologically sound principles.
Pay Rate: £ 10.42 per hour.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 6am-2pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Capability to perform colour and tool changeovers.
- Ability to accurately compare colour and pattern of products to quality control standards.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as repairs and replacement of parts.
- Basic maintenance such as inspection, care, and cleaning of equipment.
- Packing, banding, and wrapping finished product.
- Maintain a clean orderly work environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and resolve problems promptly.
- Consistently looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in quality measurement and data recording.
- Ability and desire to work in a team-based environment where decision-making is at the team level.
- Able to quickly and accurately compare the colour and pattern of products on the basis of visual stimuli to quality control standards.
- Other duties may be assigned.
