Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- File and organize documents
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Process order entries and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Previous dental or dental manufacturing knowledge would be advantageous

Salary: £13,323.40-£28,000.00 per year
