We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team in Manchester on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is able to work flexible hours and has a strong knowledge of the products we carry.
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds all customer’s expectations
- Approaching customers and ensuring that they are dealt with efficiently, courteously and as promptly as possible.
- Dealing with customers’ orders and queries in a confident, efficient and professional manner
- Comprehensive product knowledge (enabling alternatives to be suggested to customers and expert advice given)
- Wherever possible, identifying improvements to processes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, improve margin etc.

This role is Full-Time (Monday-Friday) All applicants must be authorised to work in the UK on a full-time basis.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
