Room Attendant

We are recruiting Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team.
Weekend and bank holiday working is required for these roles
1 x position - 40 hours per week
working 5 days out of 7
1 x position - 32 hours per week
working 4 days out of 7
Overview of role:
o Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the specified 5* standard
o Restocking room attendants’ trolleys
o Reporting all maintenance defects
o Handing in all Lost Property found in guest rooms in a timely manner to the housekeeping office.
o To be well presented at all times in accordance with Company uniform standards
What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a housekeeping role would be beneficial.
