Full time Pioneer Care Assistants required to join our team in Garvagh

As a care assistant you can expect:

• Competitive hourly wage- £12p/h (Monday – Saturday £12p/h, Sunday £13p/h £10p/h for sitting services)
• Guaranteed full time hours (30 hours per week) with a flexible rota to work around you – 3 days week one 4 days week two
• Paid mileage 35p per mile

Key Requirements

• Successful candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a home care setting.
• Have 2 suitable references
• Be caring and friendly
• Have a valid driving licence and vehicle
• Be eligible to work in the UK· Have a good standard of verbal and written English (or be prepared to further their English skills)

• Assisting and enabling
• Washing and dressing
• Taking food and refreshments

• Bed making
• Providing interest and activities to stimulate and engage the client
• Companionship and care
• Administering medication
• Contributing to record keeping
