Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service with the daily arrivals and departures, as well as completing additional tasks during the shift
- Demonstrate effective communication with the Front of House team, as well as with other hotel departments
- Build a repour with both first time and regular guests throughout their stay
- Help where possible with all guests’ requests in a helpful and professional manner
- Be proactive in aiming to exceed brand standards and targets
- Be approachable for both guests and colleagues alike
- Dealing efficiently with day to day billing and guest service queries
- Take reservations using the hotel reservation system , ensuring maximum occupancy and rates are obtained
- Working as a team player with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service for all guests
- Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Hotel and outlets
