Revolution Resourcing Brighton is searching for Production Operatives in Sheffield Park, East Sussex.

We're looking for Production Operatives to join our client within a manufacturing environment. All roles offered are 13-week temporary to permanent contracts for suitable candidates.

“Due to the site location, candidates applying MUST have own transport”.

Duties

• Working within a friendly factory production environment.
• Picking and packing products.
• Light Machine operation.
• Weighting, mixing, filling, and labelling products.
• Lifting and carrying products will be involved.
• Working in various locations on site.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm

Must-Have

• The ideal candidates would have previous factory production experience or have worked in a similar warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided on-site.
• Must be focused on quality, productivity, numerate and attention to details.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible, with a committed work ethic.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Keen to learn and progress.
