Job description

Job Role: Warehouse Operative

We are a manufacturing company based in Mundford, Norfolk which specialises in creating innovative products from sheet metal, which we design and manufacture fully in-house

Join the team in our busy and growing packing department. In this role, you will be responsible for both picking and packing orders to ensure we meet our tight deadlines. We are a busy online company, so ship 100s of orders daily, which would become the key part of your role.

The job role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Applying shipping labels to products, preparing outgoing goods for courier collections
  • Picking products from our warehouses
  • Using strapping machines to secure goods
  • Making card boxes for shipping our items
  • Improving racking and product locations to make picking easier
  • Bubble wrapping parts and boxing up the raw product.
  • Palletising large goods for shipment

You will be working with the team to ensure all orders are sent each day and will be helping to push forward improvements and changes to help the business grow.

Full training will be given, however experience of a similar role would be beneficial. The right candidate will be someone who wants to learn and grow alongside the company.

Pay & Benefits

Salary is from £11 per hour

If 3 months’ probation is successful a pay increase would be given.

Monday - Friday 9:30 - 6pm

Standard UK Paid 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Our Company Culture:

We do not have a cleaning staff – each team member (including the company owner) is responsible to clean all aspects of our facility (including the break room and toilets) weekly. Our facility, especially our toilets and break room is spotless – every minute!

We manufacture a large variation of products which range from home & garden products, steel brackets to industrial equipment and all the way to after-market car parts.

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
