Rocket Fulfilment was established in 2017. We offer potential clients the opportunity to outsource their e-commerce order fulfilment by integrating seamlessly with their websites. What does this mean? In essence, we hold our clients stock at our warehouse and despatch their web orders on their behalf, as and when they are received. The most vital aspect of our role is to ensure that our clients stock is extremely well organised in order to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy when picking, packing and despatching orders.Here at Rocket Fulfilment, we implement a customer driven culture, dedicated to all levels of satisfying customers. A can do attitude is extremely valuable - we will always go the extra mile for our clients. All focus is on task completion with individuals being flexible to the firm’s needs. We are a small, friendly company, therefore your role will be varied and dynamic.Ideally candidates will have some previous warehouse/order processing/inventory management experience, although this is not essential and training will be given.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and pro-active team player with a hands-on attitude. An understanding of basic warehousing and stock procedures would be advantageous.Daily and weekly tasks include:Assisting with the unloading and loading of deliveriesManaging deliveries at goods in, confirming they are in good condition and accurate to the system and delivery paperworkEnsuring deliveries are located in the warehouse correctly and efficientlyEnsure stock is picked, packed and prepared for despatch accurately and efficientlyReplenishing pick binsQuality control of products, managing returns and the repacking of items such as clothingPerforming stock takes and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepanciesMaintaining the housekeeping of the warehouseCompletion of ad hoc duties as and when they ariseKey attributes of the ideal candidate:A keen eye for detail and record keepingA keen eye for the presentation of ordersThe ability to undertake instructions as given by senior staff membersThe ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy whilst working at a fast paceSome flexibility as additional hours may be required in order to meet the business’ needs from time to timeA can do, enthusiastic, pro-active attitudePunctual, motivated and reliableIf this role sounds like the perfect job for you, we would encourage you to include a cover note with your application.Only full-time positions are available.
