Job description
Outline of the position
To provide administrative and auditing support to the branches, ensuring that tenancies are merged quickly and efficiently to allow branches to maximise their lets.
In addition to handling calls from branches and customers at the Lettings Support Centre, you will monitor the let agreed pipeline and liaise with branches and customers as necessary to progress these tenancies to signing. You will ensure all required critical and non-critical documents are obtained from the branch network prior to creating a tenancy agreement. You will also set payment schedules and any special conditions on the contract, ensure that charges are correct and required certificates (checking compliance quality)are obtained before the tenants move in to the property.
Requirements for the position
- Must be very organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
- Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods.
