Job description
Located in Aldridge, Walsall, Handlestore Limited are a leading UK retailer of window and door hardware.
This role requires the candidate to pick and pack online orders ranging in size and weight from a small envelope up to a 25kg parcel.
Other duties include:
- Taking in deliveries, booking in stock and ensuring stock is placed in correct location.
- Forklift duties (if applicable) and container unloading.
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
A forklift license would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Punctual with good time keeping skills.
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Good at attention to detail to ensure all parts are picked to the highest accuracy and packed to ensure they are kept secure during transit.
Successful candidates will be required to pick/pack orders in-line with the company set minimum rates after their probationary period.
Excellent progression available.
Previous experience preferred but not essential. (Full training provided)
