Job description
Prime objective:
- The Accuracy of the Warehouse Management System within the Depot, by updating and maintaining data.
- Keep track of products with in the warehouse including date sensitive goods.
- Maintain and drive stock loss reduction
Role purpose:
- As part of this role you will be required to maintain all records within the WMS System.
- Investigate any discrepancies.
- Credit investigations.
- Managing and maintaining all samples and delivering to in depot customers.
- Repack and repair of damages stock.
- Support your PI team in day to day activities when required.
- Check any IBT/HUBB/PI/NATOP’s discrepancies as required.
- Check and update system BBD in bulk and pick.
- Liaise with all departments.
- Respond to all enquiries both Internal and External in a timely manner.
- Responding to QC’s
Candidate requirements:
An understanding of Warehouse Management Systems would be preferable, with the ability to work and develop within the team and department. Good communication skills are essential, as well as flexibility and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have experience using Microsoft Windows including Word/Excel/Access. The role also requires a certain amount of physical work and working in a Multi-Temperature environment.
