In the role of Production Arts & Drama Administration Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of professional administrative services to the Production Arts and Drama Departments and will undertake prescribed tasks with minimal supervision ensuring that deadlines are met and standards of service delivery are maintained.
You will be the first point of contact for enquires to the office so you will need to be proactive and customer focused with an ability to work effectively in a busy environment with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also need to have a good time management skills and the ability to input data accurately. A good working knowledge of the MS Office suite is essential.
The role requires you to work in-person during term time, with some hybrid working available during outside of term time.
