Physician Assistant

Chatham Street Surgery is a multi-specialty group that provides high-quality care for patients in Reading and surrounding areas. We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health and their needs for treatment and provide them with information on ways to improve their health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and medical equipment to provide patients with personalized care.
• Perform routine medical procedures such as drawing blood, administering injections.
• Provide advice on how to best care for patients with specific diseases and how to prevent them from developing.
• Perform clinical examinations, including blood draws, urine samples, and other medical procedures.
• Keep track of patient schedules and inform physicians of any changes necessary to meet their needs.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all information concerning patients.
• Assist other healthcare professionals in caring for patients who are ill or injured.

Experience:
Prior experience as a physician assistant is preferred but not required. Candidate must have completed GPA training successfully. The position requires the ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Reading: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
