Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our 3 floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!

The role

We are looking for a Marketing Production Assistant to join the Marketing Production team who will report to the Marketing Production Manager. This team produces revolutionary global customer experiences across the Farfetch website and app and drives innovation, automation and scalability. You will assist with the daily content management of multiple onsite and app touchpoints including the homepages and landing pages. You will build, schedule, publish and QA content refreshes for brand campaigns, trade activity and seasonal moments, working with multiple teams across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will build, schedule, publish and QA content across the website and app
  • You will coordinate the localisation process for content refreshes
  • You will support the onsite delivery of brand campaigns, trade activity and seasonal moments
  • You will ensure consistency and accuracy across all the Farfetch tools and touchpoints
  • You will develop recommendations to improve content production processes
  • You will work with multiple teams across the business including designers, copywriters, translators and product managers
  • You will analyse and troubleshoot issues, promptly escalating where necessary to resolve them
  • You will support the evolution of our tooling strategy focusing on innovation and scalability

  • You have experience with CMS tools and managing digital content
  • You have experience coordinating tasks, working to tight deadlines and communicating with multiple teams simultaneously
  • You have outstanding project management skills and amazing attention to detail
  • You have an analytical, flexible and reactive approach to problems
