Our fast growing company is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant to Board and Network to join our team and take charge of the following:
ATEM Group is an international group of subsidiary disrupting brands and industry experts and consultants. In ATEM Group, we offer bespoke and commercial strategic consultancy of product needs, commercial sales, marketing and operational support of the cross border, e-commerce supply chain logistics industry.
Job Description:
As the Assistant to Board and Network, overall objectives of role:·
- To administer the internal communication and admin duties
- Arrange Board meetings and share holder meetings and ensure meeting agenda packs/minutes are produced to a high standard and circulated in a timely fashion
- Provide back-up secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, NEX and ATEM Group Directors
- Provide back-up assistance for the administration of the regulatory database when necessary
- Provide back-up assistance regarding the Approved Persons/NeX submissions for memberships
- Complete various ‘support requests as required by senior executives within the business such as research, travel bookings, managing calendar, prepare meetings and calls, manage outlook and CRM input data, prepare agendas, coordinate, and take the minutes of meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field
- Proven experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with exceptional multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent Office software experience

Location:
Our office is located in West London but remote work options can be considered for the right candidate
