Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Emergency Department at the William Harvey Hospital across our Frailty and Therapy & Discharge Service teams in a rotational position.

The team is an integrated team of therapists and discharge managers working with acute and community services to ensure that patients attending our emergency department have therapy and discharge plans facilitated early on in their journey. The team sits within the clinical Support Services Directorate.
