Are you a motivated and commercially focused Affordable Housing development specialist looking for a new and exciting challenge?
About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and collaborative Partnerships Manager to join our team covering the London area, with the expertise and track record required to deliver against defined regional growth targets.
Working with the Regional Director of Partnerships and Head of Partnerships you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new opportunities to deliver high quality affordable homes. You will achieve this by building strong mutually beneficial partnerships with key developers and house-builders.
Alongside this, you will assist with management of stakeholder relations, ensuring positive and productive relationships with local authorities, regional government and the GLA, whilst ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
In addition to securing strategic s106 and package deal opportunities, you will support the land team in their acquisition of land and the creation of joint ventures across the region, demonstrating your commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating large, complex deals within a high performing team.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will draw upon your experience in affordable housing to drive high standards and ensure stakeholder and customers’ needs are met. This will be underpinned by entrepreneurial flair and an eye for detail, whilst maintaining energy in getting deals done.
We’re seeking candidates who can demonstrate strong financial appraisal and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from Clarion’s wider multi-disciplinary Development team. To succeed in this rewarding role, you will be required to display excellent communication and organisation skills, alongside an ability to challenge, support, influence and engage with senior managers and stakeholders to secure support for solutions in support of our ambition. The ability to use Pamwin or Argus is highly desirable.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
