ThruDark Co-Founders are seeking to recruit photographers, videographers and digital creatives to join there in house media team. As a small, hard-hitting business we require a determined team players with multifaceted skillsets and strong interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, action-orientated individual, who is willing to get their hands dirty. This is a permanent, full-time role and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Poole, Dorset UK.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels: website (e.g banners, landing pages), email newsletters, email templates, ads and social media, wholesale look-books.
- Assist with creating and driving the evolution of the Brand through creative ideation and implementation.
- Assist with the coordination and production of high-quality photography and videography, capturing the story and essence of the brand, alongside technical properties.
- Capture product centric photography, and drive the evolution of how this is delivered graphically to our audiences across channel (site, social etc).
- Support with planning and attendance on content trips, with a ‘pre-production, capture, post-production’ mentality and process ownership.
- Support with managing the content budget and relay any needs directly into Head of Creative.
- Support with managing external content creators and scouting of new content creators that align with the Brand.
- Support with managing the content calendar, studio bookings and the daily maintenance of the studio.
- Scoping of any photographic equipment needs and studio development to ensure we are always delivering highly polished assets.
- Ability to work in partnership with existing content creators and wider ThruDark team.
- Understanding and interpreting design vision and technical aspects of product.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
