Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will help in the overall flow of workload that comes through from our franchisees and internal initiatives. The coordinator would also help with special projects and support the National Marketing Managers with local and regional projects as needed.

Job responsibilities:
- Supplies support to Senior Management and National Marketing Manager - along with other Kahala marketing team members
- Responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing our external creative libraries and assets
- Helps in searches for partnerships and business-to-business opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and sales
- Work with cross-functional teams for the execution of strategic national marketing programs and partnerships laid out by the SVP of Marketing
- Coordinate creative requests for internal brand teams and the franchisee community
- Responsible for reviewing incoming correspondence with the ability to make independent decisions regarding levels of priority
- Assist with proofing and copywriting on marketing materials, promotional items, and internal communications
- Regularly researches and analyzes marketplace/industry trends such as menu performances, pricing trends, consumer activities, competitive activities, and promotional performance to understand what is happening in the competitive landscape.
- Research and complete special marketing projects as assigned
- Assist Marketing Manager with training classes
- Assist with various administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of two years of related work experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated clear and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up skills

Pay: $42,500.00 - $53,900.00 per year
