Pristine Competitions is looking for a talented and experienced videographer/photographer/editor to join its expanding team.
The role will include shooting and lighting scenes as well as editing premium content, both long and short form, from planning through to final delivery (including colour grading, sound-mixing and photo editing).
Working closely with our existing creative team members, marketing and management, the ideal candidate will be highly proficient operating DLSRs and other high end professional camera equipment and have a passion and knowledge of cars and other vehicles. The candidate must have experience in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom or similar professional editing softwares and have exceptional editing and motion graphics skills, as well as sound mixing and colour grading of both photos and video, often to meet tight deadlines.
Experience working to specs and brand guidelines for all social media platforms is essential. We are looking for candidates who understand the social video ecosystem and that have an understanding of what it takes to make engaging content.
The candidate will be required to contribute to the creative process ahead of a shoot, as well as tailor their editing style to suit specific content.

Job description
- Create original and high-quality original video content across multiple platforms, creating compelling stories and engaging content.
- Create bespoke assets that show knowledge of and a consideration for social media Channels and trends.
- Manage multiple edits and projects at the same time.
- Capture photos of competition prizes and deliver in formats across multiple channels.
- Contribute creative concepts across a broad range of video content.
- Help to develop and ensure the style, tone and quality of video content.
- Responsible for the organisation, versioning, backup, archival and Quality Control of all footage images across a busy post-production team.
- Research and source the best music tracks and sound effects for a given project, using a royalty free music database.
- Work flexibly and reactively to a high-volume video workflow.
- Help to create, update and develop all graphic assets for video content.
- Ensure all deadlines are met throughout the post production process and deliver final assets on time.
- Share knowledge and be a champion for innovative video within an content team working with multiple different media.
- Come up with original ideas to execute on our channels.
- Produce high-quality video and photo output for campaigns and ministerial events
- Manage film shoots, in the office and on location around the UK and abroad.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience within commercial & creative videography / photography.
- Experience capturing high quality video, photo and sound content with minimal crew.
- High-level knowledge and experience editing both short and long form content on Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Davinci resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom or similar professional software.
- Editing specifically for social media.
- Experienced in data management, transcoding, video codecs and different formats & aspect ratios.
- Upkeeping and organising a central asset library .
- Colour correction and colour grading.
- Motion graphics.
- Sound mixing.
