The role
We are looking for an ambitious and talented photographer who will be creative, and used to working in a fast paced environment. You will be reporting in to the creative lead to develop and maintain efficient workflow processes across the department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing your own day to day calendar to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Responsible for all equipment management and maintenance.
Aiding/assisting social teams with photograph content - Be to quickly switch hats between brands and understand each brand identity when creating concepts/set up
- Maintain constant awareness of competitors, be ahead of the curve.
- To work collaboratively with the creative, managers and social teams within the team
- Communicate effectively with the creative lead to establish clear, recognizable and achievable goals.
- Flexibility to work at shoot times on location when required.
- Full time in house photographer working on every required shoot
- A professional standard is essential
- A protector of the brands. A mentality to care for the product. You are dedicated and committed to the success of each brand
- Knowledge of lighting and photography equipment and softwares
- Self-motivated but able to work within a very close-knit team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Forward-thinking, innovative & proactive in approach to all projects
- Workload management and organizational capabilities
- Video experience desirable

Skills - Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience
- Degree or equivalent in photography, or relevant creative degree
- An outstanding portfolio that showcases your unique vision, style and demonstrates expertise and judgment in the applied techniques of on-figure fashion photography (composition, lighting, capture, and processing), as well as pre-production and post-production steps
- Be an expert with back drops and oversee all back drop effects
- Excellent knowledge of common digital capture platforms, various lighting environments, photography equipment and best practices/conventions for set safety
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in photography / in house photography, and lighting assistance
- Educated to degree level in either Fashion photography or equivalent
