Full-time supervisor, circa 30 hours per week; barista experience required.

Gordon St Coffee, with its small batch coffee production and an in-house Master Roaster, is loved by coffee aficionados for delivering the whole coffee journey, from green bean to cup. The food menu is simple yet effective, and the passion for coffee oozes from every employee and social media post.

We are now recruiting a full-time Supervisor to join our bubbly team. Working full-time, you can expect to work circa 30 hours per week and receive excellent career development opportunities. We are open every day in Glasgow Central Station, however, are closed in the evenings so daytime availability is essential.

Working as Supervisor, you'll develop expert knowledge in all things coffee (don't worry, full training will be provided)! You'll be taking orders and dealing with customer queries, preparing hot and cold drinks and ensuring we are fully stocked and presentable for our lovely customers. You'll also work as part of the team to make sure the customer experience in our store is engaging and quick-paced. Being comfortable to upsell from a 'wee' cup of coffee to a 'big' coffee is also a must. Taking the lead on shift, you'll be responsible on occasion for the running of shifts, ensuring the team are delivering service and customers are happy and engaged.

The rate for this role is £11.92 per hour OTE ( £10.82 basic rate per hour plus £1.10 per hour TRONC)
