Trust Alliance Group comprises of a 6 individual companies, which provide impartial dispute resolution to consumers and small businesses who haven’t been able to resolve their complaint directly with their energy supplier, communications provider, or parking operator.

This vacancy sits within our Lumin business unit who delivers technology solutions to help build trust and provide improved dispute resolution.


What will I be doing as a UX/UI Designer?

As a UX/UI Designer you will be a key member of our Lumin team. You will be responsible for creating user-centred designs for our dispute resolution products, ensuring an exceptional user experience and visually appealing interfaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Some of the activities you will do as part of this role include:

  • Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visual appealing user interface designs.
  • Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform the design process and identify user needs, pain points and preferences.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
  • Developing user flows, personas, and user scenarios to guide the design process and ensure a user-centred approach.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing and data analysis to continually improve the user experience.
  • Collaboration with developers to ensure feasibility of design concepts and assist in the implementation process.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies relating to UX/UI design
  • Advocate or user centred design principles and educate cross-functional teams on the process of UX/UI design in product development.
  • Collaboration with other designers to maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.


What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, excellent visual design skills and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly experiences.

You will be a proven UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and be proficient in using design skills such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma

You will have a solid understanding of user centered design principles and best practices, whilst also having strong visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics, color theory and typograthy


Other skills and knowledge we are looking for include:

  • Experience of creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
  • Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and experience with conducting user research
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The salary for this role is up to £60k per annum which is dependent on your skills, knowledge, and experience

Hybrid Working. Our teams come into the office for 1-2 days per week with the other 3-4 days working from home
