Job description
Springwell Medical Centre is a large practice with 10,800 patients. We have a large multi disciplinary team and are looking to recruit a Phlebotomist to join our friendly, hard working team in providing care to the community of Gorgie and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be joining our team of 3 Practice Nurses and must be able to work independently but also as part of a team in a high pressure environment. They must be able to support colleagues and patients and communicate clearly and compassionately. It is expected that the successful candidate will have completed full phlebotomy training
and have the relevant certificates. Previous experience in General Practice is desirable but not essential.
The hours preferred are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08.00-12.00 (16 hours per week) but these hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
