Areas of Responsibility
- Achievement of Top Line, Bottom Line and other targets set for the Tourism department.
- Set Short Term and Long Term goals for the Tourism Department and then strategize, plan and execute the same.
- Planning the promotional strategy for each client destination and working with the team to have the same executed to achieve desired goals (Currently 10 accounts across the globe and growing).
- Expanding the footprint of the Tourism Services Department in more geographies across the globe.
- Manage and Build healthy relationship with existing clients.
- Set Operational & Organizational Structure for the department.
- Manage a team of Tourism professionals across geographies.
- Ensure judicious use of natural resources
- Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum Post Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree from leading B - School.
- Additional: Tourism Marketing
- Minimum of 14 years’ overall experience of which minimum of 8 years’ experience in heading role of a global Tourism Representation company or Heading a Global function of a BPO/ Global Marketing agency.

Salary: £49,200.00 per year
