GP Phlebotomist
Hounslow
up to £11ph

Have you been signed off on your practical phlebotomy assessment?
Due to increased patient demand, we are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join a friendly team in an established GP practice in Hounslow.
Your role will be to provide a safe phlebotomy service, supporting patients, and taking routine blood tests from different age groups as requested by GPs and Health Professionals. You will also have to maintain clinically accurate records and take responsibility for managing your own phlebotomy clinics.
You will also play an active role in achieving QOF, Enhanced Services targets, and recall demands.
In order to successfully apply for this role, you need to have experience working as a phlebotomist in GP environment and all relevant certificates. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of written and spoken English as well as computer literacy, preferably using SystmOne.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
