We have an exciting 4 month internship opportunity for a Business Support Analyst starting in May/June.
The Business Support Analyst reports to the C-17 ITC Training Delivery Manager and is responsible for all aspects of contract support, reporting, simulator maintenance meetings and in addition works in close liaison with the C-17 Training Programme Manager.
The Business Support Analyst responsibilities include:
C-17 contract support Documentation
- RIO
- White Ticket (ITC resource management tool)
- Reporting packs
- Chairing bi-weekly FSISM meetings and managing associated documentation
- Managing staff and trainee TMS accounts
- Trainee liaison
- Assisting the Training Delivery Manager in resolving budget and human resource-related issues
- Monitoring and managing review of trainee feedback
B. Performing other duties as assigned by management
C. Production of local paperwork and documentation
D. Organising trainee and visitor access to the facility
E. Organising venue requirements for meetings and official visits.
Essential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Studying at degree level
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
- To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills
