At Estabulo we prepare all of our dishes in an authentic manner to give you the true taste of Brazilian Rodizio. Estabulo honours the Brazilian Gaucho’s traditional method of cooking, this involves taking the most delicious and flavoursome cuts of meat, which are then skewered and cooked slowly on open flames.
This method of cooking also means that all the meat is served fresh to the customers table, straight from the grill. Our unlimited dining concept sees customers enjoy as much meat, fresh salads and sides as they like, at a set price. As well as our main menus, we also have a selection of Vegetarian, Halal and Fish dishes on offer.
Estabulo’s beautiful restaurant interior, and dedicated bar area which serves an array of gorgeous cocktails, makes it the perfect place to dine with friends, family or for a romantic date night. We are looking to recruit a Passador to join our friendly team in Doncaster.

Job Purpose:
As Passador, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation processes in the kitchen and serving meats to our fantastic customers. An essential part of your role will be ensuring that you follow all Estabulo processes and procedures that safeguard health and safety, food hygiene and quality standards.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure an amazing experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
- Assisting with the preparations of various ingredients (such as meats)
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to prepare food
- Inform customers of menu options
- Serving food, especially meats, and drinks to customers
- Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of the shift
- Maintaining a pantry stock record
- Rotating stock items as per established procedures
- Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
- Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good dexterity, as you will be carving meats
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
