At Practice Plus Group our pharmacy teams ensure medicines optimisation is embedded into everyday practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join our pharmacy family at HMP New Hall and HMP Askham Grange. Based at HMP New Hall you'll be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service, dispensary and wing-based clinical pharmacy service and providing medicines management support.
Working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations.
The role also involves responsibility for providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced health in justice team.
About You
You will be a qualified Registered Pharmacist- BSc or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You will have a real passion for developing your Pharmaceutical skills and those of your team. You’ll have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas.

You will receive an annual salary up to £53,000 per annum- depending on experience. We offer a whole host of additional benefits such as: cycle to work scheme, free DBS check, free uniform, an extensive training and development structure for all employees along with an employee recognition scheme.
