ShareJoining our enthusiastic and committed team you will play a key role in supporting prospective students and assessing their applications.
About the role:
Taking ownership of a portfolio of postgraduate courses, you will provide an outstanding experience for our applicants throughout their application process. You will assess applications in a fair and consistent way against agreed criteria. You will also be checking decisions made by other members of the team and assessing the fee status of applicants.
You will respond to enquiries from prospective postgraduate students and their representatives, providing advice and guidance. You will also be involved in supporting virtual recruitment activities.
About you:
With a background in customer service and administration, you will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where a high level of accuracy is key. Ideally, you will have worked within higher education, however, we welcome applications from other administrative backgrounds. You will also have:
- Effective communication skills, ability to adapt to supporting students, academic staff, external organisations, or other members of the team
- A high standard of IT and administrative skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- An ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- An ability to stay calm and work efficiently and accurately in a busy customer service environment
