Overview:
We are looking for a part time Personal Content Manager to work 12 hours per week. The Personal Content Manager will be responsible for managing the content and social channels of a number of successful entrepreneurs. The KPIs (Key Person of Influence) are successful entrepreneurs looking to further raise their personal brand profiles through social media. This role is supporting them to achieve this following a system we have created.
Role:
You will be responsible for managing the KPIs to make sure they deliver the content needed on a weekly basis. Each week you will receive the copy, images or videos from the KPI that are to be posted for the following 7 days. You will be responsible for pulling together the social content each week, making it sparkle and passing it over to the PCA (Personal Content Assistant) for Design/Scheduling. You will be engaging with the KPI most days as they send through images, videos and copy.
Responsibilities:
- Ultimately responsible for the KPI's social channels and content (with a wider team supporting).
- Speaking to and updating the KPI to get all the copy, images and videos needed each week.
- Managing the smooth running of the KPI’s content calendar.
- Supporting with strategy and content ideas.
- Making sure the PCA has everything they need to schedule world class social posts.
- Ultimately making sure the social posts going out are world class.
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms ( 2 years' experience)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Ideally an interest or understanding in personal development
- Ideally an eye for design with basic design and video editing skills
Relevant Experience:
- Managing and growing social media accounts
- Client communication

During 2021/22 the foundations have been created to expand a number of the We Are Media Group companies with a focus on expanding Oversubscribed from 13 clients to 100 in REPLACEMENT_STRING24. The business concept and core teams are now ready to scale in 2023. To make this happen change and expertise is needed.
Hours:
This role is initially for 12 hours per week, although there is scope for this to increase into a full time position. This is a remote role.
