Personal Assistant to the Principal at Altrincham Grammar school for Girls

Overview of the Role
The successful candidate for this role will be a highly organised, enthusiastic and competent professional, with successful experience in administrative work. The postholder will act as the Principal’s PA, in order to support the Principal in meeting the varied and changing administrative and organisational needs of the school. The post-holder will also manage the school’s email inbox and other means of communication, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders by relevant staff.

Terms and Conditions
Salary: NJC scale points 12 to 19 (Bright Futures scale 5). The pay is £24,496 rising to £27,852 per annum. Pay progression is linked to performance.
Working weeks: The role will work all year round, a total of 52 weeks.
Hours: 36.25 hours per week over 5 days. Flexible working will be considered, please discuss at interview if you wish this to be considered.
Holidays: You will be paid for the prorate equivalent of26 days, plus 8 public holidays. This increases to 31 days plus 8 public holidays after 5 years’ service.
