As a member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla professionals. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will have gained comprehensive experience in:

  • Customer Service and Vehicle Sales
  • Technical Vehicle Repairs and Diagnosis
  • New Car Delivery Process
  • End to End Ownership Journey
  • Supporting Key Business Functions and Projects

Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla and, upon completion of the programme, be given the opportunity to apply for any relevant available roles within Tesla that align with your strengths and aspirations.
