As a member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters, who thrive working independently and as part of a diverse team to solve problems, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change. Throughout your time on the programme, you'll also receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.

Please note, the recruitment process for this programme will include an online behavioural task and in-person group assessment day (at select locations) in mid-late September.

What You’ll Do

This is your chance to enroll onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting opportunity to learn across our 4 core internal functions: Service, Sales, Delivery and Tesla Support. You will be reviewed and assessed at each key department rotation, allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the programme.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will have gained comprehensive experience in:

  • Customer Service and Vehicle Sales
  • Technical Vehicle Repairs and Diagnosis
  • New Car Delivery Process
  • End to End Ownership Journey
  • Supporting Key Business Functions and Projects

Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla and, upon completion of the programme, be given the opportunity to apply for any relevant available roles within Tesla that align with your strengths and aspirations.

What You’ll Bring
  • Holding a Full Clean Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the time of start date
  • Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
  • Willingness to travel to a different Tesla office location with each department rotation
  • Not be in full-time education when the programme starts
  • 2 years' work experience (in any industry) is beneficial but not required
