Meraki Talent are sourcing on behalf of our global real estate client who are looking for a Business / Change Analyst to join their organization. They are looking for someone who has extensive experience as a Business or Change Analyst in the real estate industry. Moreover, role requires someone who has strong skills in requirement gathering, translating requirements and stakeholder engagement. This role offers the chance to work with one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms and develop in high growth and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities of the Business / Change Analyst (Real Estate)

• Effectively capturing and comprehending intricate and precise requirements from our organization to define both current and future processes.
• Thoroughly documenting these requirements through various means such as gap analyses, statements of work, estimations of time and cost, and process flowcharts.
• Actively engaging stakeholders in constructive discussions to challenge existing processes and identify potential enhancements.
• Managing projects by developing comprehensive plans that align with business expectations and providing regular updates to senior leadership during committee meetings.
• Taking a leadership role in complex transformations and integrating various applications by overseeing business analyst activities.

Background of the Business / Change Analyst (Real Estate)

• Extensive experience as a Business or Change Analyst within the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and relative terminology, compliance etc
• A strong skillset in requirement gathering and translating these requirements to wider business
• Extensive experience in stakeholder and client engagement
• An understanding of Yardi Voyager desirable
