Responsibilities of the Business / Change Analyst (Real Estate)
- Effectively capturing and comprehending intricate and precise requirements from our organization to define both current and future processes.
- Thoroughly documenting these requirements through various means such as gap analyses, statements of work, estimations of time and cost, and process flowcharts.
- Actively engaging stakeholders in constructive discussions to challenge existing processes and identify potential enhancements.
- Managing projects by developing comprehensive plans that align with business expectations and providing regular updates to senior leadership during committee meetings.
- Taking a leadership role in complex transformations and integrating various applications by overseeing business analyst activities.
Background of the Business / Change Analyst (Real Estate)
- Extensive experience as a Business or Change Analyst within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and relative terminology, compliance etc
- A strong skillset in requirement gathering and translating these requirements to wider business
- Extensive experience in stakeholder and client engagement
- An understanding of Yardi Voyager desirable
