Breakfast Assistant
30 hours a week
Mixture of shifts throughout the week 5 out of 7 days, weekends included.
Knowledge of HACCP essential.
The environment:
We are looking for an energetic friendly person to host and clear tables for our buffet hostel breakfast.
Set hours daily from 6am until 12pm.
Duties include setting up continental breakfast, running the breakfast shift. Packing down from 10am and clearing and tidying away breakfast deliveries.

The site caters for breakfast, lunch, dinner and fast casual diners. Being twinned with St Christopher's Inn, Europe's leading back packers hostel, provides us with the opportunity to share best practice through a network of over 13 different sites including Bath, Edinburgh, Newquay, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and Prague
The business shows a variety of sports and caters for an extensive list of parties so group bookings are a valuable source of income. We run a vibrant multicultural business so ability to communicate with co workers and guests is essential.
The ideal candidate will:
- Work effectively and train the rest of the team, with a positive attitude.
- Be willing to undertake any tasks asked of them
- Have a keen interest in food presentation
- Have high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Commit to working weekends
- Must have NI number
- Photo ID / passport also must have right to work and settled status for the UK.

Starting salary: £11.50 per hour - With possibility of increase after the 6 months probation period.
