The brand experience desk is an opportunity to promote the unique experiences that make John Lewis & Partners such a special place to shop and our brand experience partners are essential to the success of this by being the friendly face of the business.
We are there for all the big moments in customers' lives and have services to support them through all their big life moments. Whether that’s having a baby, renovating a home, or even making the decision to upgrade that wardrobe we have services in nursery, home design and personal styling to help them through these changes. It would be your job to help customers explore all options and book them in for the most relevant services or even create something bespoke just for the customer in front of you!

Will I receive training?

- Customer facing selling or Service environment.
- IT Literate
- External supplier management
