We are creative, boutique agency, looking for a Mid/Senior Event Project Manager preferably with Account experience. The right candidate will be the perfect balance of organisation and creativity with agency experience.
We are a family style boutique events agency est. 2011 dedicated to delivering green events.
We produce events in London and Europe from 10-2000 guests from immersive parties to conferences and large scale corporate events. We go above and beyond to bring our clients the best from start to finish from idea generation through to delivering a seamless event on the day.
THE ROLE
Looking for a Project Manager to join either full time freelance for a minimum 3 month contract or open to an applicants looking for a permanent full time role. You will have the responsibility of delivering, under the guidance of the Director of events, from client brief through development of creative proposals, managing all aspects of pre-event planning, on-site delivery and post event debrief.
Looking for an exceptional, project manager, experience with demanding clients and previous UK agency experience will be a key in this role. Travel will be integral so must be willing to travel at short notice and have all valid passport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from brief to delivery
- Manage the overall creative process and client handling/management
- Develop event proposals
- Research venues, site visits etc, varied suppliers etc (UK and International) (catering, venues, dressing, entertainment, detail, travel)
- Produce detailed documentation for events (production schedules, running orders, mood boards, budgets)
- Manage all production related elements, negotiate and manage suppliers
- Manage budget
- Client contact throughout
- On-site event management
- Post event wrap up
Key requirements: Proven Project management, event management and production experience
- experience dealing with varied event suppliers
- Experience in Sales conference, AV production, brand activation, stage builds and logistics
- Event agency experience with top brands/ clients
- Budget management experience, production scheduled management pre and on-site
- Able to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Spanish speaker desirable but not necessary

Salary: £250.00-£350.00 per day
