The Role
An exciting role has just become available as Office Manager and PA to the European Editorial Director at GLAMOUR.
The ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly with a calm demeanour is a must. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s PA and office administration experience. Some event management experience would be a plus. As well as anticipating the European Editorial Directors needs and priorities, they will also deal with general admin and ensure the smooth running of the editorial office.
What will you be doing?
Personal Assistant to European Editorial Director
- As PA you will support and provide assistance to the European Editorial Director. This included but is not subject to, full and meticulous diary management, responding to emails on behalf of the European Editorial Director, organising meetings and lunches, booking UK and International travel, putting together itineraries, general research, PowerPoint presentation support, submitting expenses every month and communicating information between the
European Editorial Director and the rest of the team. - Provide support in the organisation of schedules for both London and Paris Fashion Week. Working closely with the Fashion Team at GLAMOUR.
- Taking minutes on both European and UK based meetings
- Supporting the European Editorial Director with event speeches and event preparation throughout the year. This includes, but is not subject to GLAMOUR Beauty events, GLAMOUR Women of The Year Awards and BSME events.
- To also support the European Editorial Director in a personal capacity when required.
Office Manager
- As Office Manager you will be the port of call to everyone in the office, ensuring the smooth running of the office; this includes booking editorial meetings and meeting rooms for the GLAMOUR Team, organising events and event guest lists for the magazine and team,
organising and keeping office supplies stocked, distributing post, beauty cupboard management, signing off expenses and completing invoices and timesheets in the Managing Editor’s absence. - Supporting the team with travel arrangements, car and courier bookings.
- Managing work experience and going through applications.
- Keeping team information up to date - birthdays, addresses, holidays.
- Working with the Managing Editor to highlight and submit award applications for the GLAMOUR team throughout the year.

Where will you be?
- We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair. This is where our award-winning Editorial and Content teams sit.
